OFFICIAL NOTICE: POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE (2026/2027 ACADEMIC SESSION)
The College of Health Technology, Etinan invites all prospective candidates who selected the institution as their First Choice on the JAMB portal for the 2026/2027 academic session to the mandatory Post UTME Screening Exercise.
EVENT DETAILS
Dates: Wednesday, 9th – Thursday, 10th September, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM Prompt (Candidates must be seated by 8:30 AM)
Venue: Library Complex, College of Health Technology, Etinan
Screening Fee: ₦2,000.00 (Two Thousand Naira Only), payable through the AkwaRemit Portal.
HOW TO PAY THE SCREENING FEE ON AKWAREMIT PORTAL
1. Visit the portal at https://akwaremit.akwaibomstate.gov.ng
2. Click on Make a Payment.
3. Under Choose a service, select Ministry of Health as the Biller; select School of Health Technology Etinan as the Department/Service Point; then select Admission screening fee as the service you want to pay for.
4. Click on Continue.
5. Fill in your details and proceed to make payment.
6. Download and print the Receipt after payment.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
Candidates must present ORIGINAL COPIES and two (2) sets of clear photocopies of the following credentials:
1. JAMB Result Printout (showing College of Health Technology, Etinan as 1st Choice)
2. SSCE Result(s) (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB statement of results/certificates)
3. First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
4. Birth Certificate / Sworn Declaration of Age (issued by NPC or a recognized court)
5. National Identification Number (NIN) slip or card
6. Certificate of Origin (issued by candidate's LGA of origin)
7. Evidence of Payment (official AkwaRemit receipt for the ₦2,000 screening fee)
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
O'Level Upload: Upload your O'Level grades on the JAMB portal prior to the screening date if you have not done so.
File Folder Setup: Arrange all credentials neatly in a flat file folder labeled with your Full Name, JAMB Registration Number, and Prospective Department.
Conduct: Strict adherence to official conduct and orderly arrangement will be enforced.
